Cookie Policy

Last updated: August, 2026

This document explains in detail the Cookies, Web Beacons, and similar tracking technologies (collectively "Cookies") that FamiCorp uses to enhance platform stability and your experience.

1. What are Cookies?

Cookies are small data text files downloaded to your device (computer, smartphone) when visiting a website. They act as a temporary memory helping the site recognize you on subsequent visits, maintain login sessions, and remember preferred languages.

2. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These are vital cookies required for FamiCorp's systems to function fundamentally, such as handling account authentication tokens, network load balancing, and rendering UI appropriate for your device.

3. Performance & Analytics Cookies

These cookies (like Google Analytics) allow us to count visits, traffic sources, and identify the most utilized pages. All collected data is anonymized and strictly used to improve system architecture and response speeds.

4. Functionality Cookies

This category personalizes your online experience, for example: remembering interface preferences (Dark/Light mode) or display language options (English/Vietnamese) so you do not have to reconfigure them each time.

5. Third-Party Cookies

In some cases, service partners or embedded third-party components (such as YouTube videos or social media widgets) may also place cookies on your device. FamiCorp does not control these independent cookies.

6. Managing and Disabling Cookies

You can fully manage, delete, or reject cookies via your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Please note that if you block all cookies (including necessary ones), some core functionalities on FamiCorp's platforms will fail to operate.

7. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

Although some browsers feature a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal, there is currently no uniform industry standard on how to interpret this signal. Therefore, FamiCorp's systems do not currently respond to browser DNT signals.

8. Contact Regarding Cookies

If you have any technical questions or concerns about our Cookie tracking policy, please contact our Systems Engineering team via email at privacy@famicorp.com.
