Welcome to FamiCorp. By accessing, downloading, or using any of our software, services, cloud platforms, or APIs, you fully agree to comply with the Terms of Service detailed below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms carefully. Your continued use of the FamiCorp ecosystem constitutes a legally binding acceptance of this entire document. If you do not agree with any provision, please immediately discontinue using the services.
2. Description of Services
FamiCorp provides a comprehensive ecosystem including software development tools (KduJS, Ramber, FamilyJS), cloud service APIs, and community forums. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without prior notice.
3. Accounts and Security
When registering an account, you must provide accurate and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree NOT to use the services to: (a) Violate applicable laws or regulations; (b) Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious software; (c) Intentionally disrupt or interfere with FamiCorp's servers or networks; (d) Illegally scrape or harvest user data.
5. Open Source Software Licenses
Most core products (frameworks, libraries) developed by FamiCorp are released under open-source licenses (e.g., MIT License). You are free to use, modify, and redistribute the source code subject to the accompanying license terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
For proprietary Cloud Services and platforms, FamiCorp reserves all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and interface designs. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
FamiCorp's services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, relating to merchantability, reliability, uninterrupted service, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement shall primarily be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Ho Chi Minh City.
