User Agreement

This User Agreement is a contract dictating the behavior standards, responsibilities, and cultural conduct when you become a member of the FamiCorp open ecosystem.
1. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity under local laws to create an account and use FamiCorp's platforms. By registering, you warrant that you are not barred from using online services under any legal sanctions.
2. Community Code of Conduct
FamiCorp fosters a creative and open environment. You commit to respectful communication, avoiding harassment, discrimination, or hate speech. Any cyberbullying behaviors on our forums or platforms will result in a permanent ban.
3. Open Source Contributions
If you submit code (commit/pull request) to FamiCorp's projects (like KduJS), you understand and agree to sign the Contributor License Agreement (CLA). This ensures your code doesn't infringe copyrights and grants us the legal right to use it.
4. API Rate Limits
To ensure fair distribution of system resources, you commit to strictly adhering to the API Rate Limits published in our documentation. Behaviors circumventing these limits (e.g., creating fake accounts) will result in immediate Access Token suspension.
5. User-Generated Content (UGC)
You retain copyrights to content, posts, or source code you create and upload to FamiCorp forums. However, by uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content across the ecosystem.
6. Termination of Access
FamiCorp reserves the right to suspend, limit functionality, or permanently lock your account without prior warning if we detect violations of the User Agreement, or upon valid requests from law enforcement.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FamiCorp, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal expenses arising from your violation of this Agreement or platform abuse.
8. Miscellaneous Terms
A delay in enforcing any of FamiCorp's rights under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right. If a provision is deemed invalid by a Court, the remaining parts of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
